Presenting for Métier:
Sara J. Kessinger, Director of Knowledge Management

Sara Kessinger is the Director of Knowledge Management for Métier. The strategy of the Knowledge Management department is to provide subject matter expertise, tools, and processes to support the identification and distribution of knowledge across Métier. Knowledge Management is also responsible for Métier's Training Certification Program, ensuring that all staff members are appropriately trained to provide superior support and services to Métier's growing client base.

Prior to her role as Director of Knowledge Management, Kessinger served as Director of Consulting Services at Métier, where she led both WorkLenz implementations and portfolio management consulting engagements. Kessinger led multi-million dollar implementations for Métier's major clients and provided them with subject matter expertise. Kessinger came to Métier from Wachovia Corporation where she developed her analytical and consulting experience. She has a background in finance, metrics analysis and reporting, auditing, risk analysis, forecasting and process development.

Kessinger has built upon her expertise by sharing her experience in the industry, writing white papers, speaking at industry events and educational seminars. Examples include Carnegie Mellon's CIO Institute and their Computational Analysis of Social and Organizational Systems (CASOS) conference.

Kessinger earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree in French Language and Culture, both from Wake Forest University.
